Obituary for Lynn W. Pack

Lynn W.  Pack
Mr. Lynn W. Pack, 66, of Cartersville, passed away at Cartersville Medical Center on Saturday, January 7, 2017. He was born in Waco, Texas on December 12, 1950, the son of the late Bob Lincoln Pack and Emma Allene Warren Pack.

Mr. Pack was Owner/Operator of Tri-County Fence Company for 30 plus years. He was a 1973 graduate of Texas A & M University with a degree in Agricultural Economics and a member of the Corp of Cadet. Mr. Pack enjoyed SEC football, especially watching the Texas A&M Aggies. He also enjoyed NASCAR and was a big Dale Earnhardt fan, along with hunting and fishing in his spare time. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his sister, Rhoda Ann Truelove.

Survivors include his wife of 43 years, Geralyn Hardin Pack of Cartersville; two sons, Cody and Lindsay Pack of Cartersville and John and Dedra Pack of Cartersville; seven granddaughters, Jayda Wyatt, Addison Pack, Haley Pack, Molly Pack, Kylie Pack, Aubree Pack and Kinsey Pack; one grandson, Sean Johnson; his brother, Pete Pack of China Springs, Texas; his niece, Dawn Dreitz of Salado, Texas; his nephew, Tim Truelove of Holland, Texas and Barton Truelove of Morgans Point Resort, Texas; two sisters-in-law, Vickie Johnson of Mission, Texas and Dawn Hardin of Austin, Texas.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, January 13, 2017 in Sunset Memory Gardens with Mr. Kirk Burrell officiating. Interment will follow. The family will receive friends from 6 – 8 p.m., Thursday at Parnick Jennings Funeral Home and Cremation Services.
