Obituary for Sandra Harris

Sandra  Harris
Mrs. Sandra Lee Clark Harris, 70, of Cartersville, passed over the bridge to be with her Eternal Heavenly Father on Friday, December 29, 2017. Born in Ridgeland, South Carolina on November 10, 1947, she was the daughter of the late Wyatt D. Clark, Sr. and Lorene J. Mock Clark.
Mrs. Harris was a sales associate with Asher Realty for 30 plus years. She was also a swimmer and avid water skier. In her youth she played basketball at Rhinehart College. She loved to watch college football, Westerns and 1960’s TV programming. She loved taking care of her grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother, Larry Clark.
Survivors include her husband of 50 years, Charles Walter Harris, Sr. of Cartersville; her sons, Chuck Harris (Honey) of Pensacola, Florida and James Clark Harris of White; her grandchildren, Wyatt James Harris of White, Walker Lee Harris of White, and Charlie Harris of Pensacola, Florida; her brother, Dan Clark of Cartersville.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, December 31, 2017 in the chapel of Parnick Jennings Funeral Home with Dr. Jacob King officiating. Interment will follow in Sunset Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends on Saturday, December 30, 2017 from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
Serving as pallbearers will be, Brad Cowart, Jeff Davis, Travis Popham, Wyatt Harris, Terry Clark, Clark Motes, Billy Archer, and Earl Everett.
