Obituary for Glenn Lane Reynolds

Glenn Lane  Reynolds
Mr. Glenn Lane Reynolds, 67, of Cartersville, went to his heavenly home on Saturday, May 20, 2017 at his residence. He was born in Rome, Georgia on May 28, 1949, the son of the late Clifford and Viola Reynolds.

Glenn was an active mason at the Euharlee Masonic Lodge and a member of Clear Creek Baptist church. He loved to fish, sing karaoke, and spend time with his grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brothers, Robert Reynolds and Henry McCoy; a sister, Elaine Langley; and a son, Anthony Glenn Reynolds.

He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Loretta James Reynolds; his children, Donald L. Reynolds and Traci L. Reynolds all of Cartersville; his grandchildren, Kelsie and Brandon Berrong, Kaitlyn and Josh Ridley, Lexus and Taylor Smith and Andrew Whitfield and Fiancée’, Madison Healy; his great-grandchildren, Rylan Berrong and Graylan Smith; and one brother, Wayne and Jean Reynolds of Taylorsville.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 24, 2017 in the chapel of Parnick Jennings Funeral Home with The Reverend Donnie Summey and The Reverend David Summey officiating. Interment will follow in the Oak Hill Cemetery with Euharlee Masonic Lodge #457 in charge of masonic rites. The family will receive friends from 5 –8 p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home.
